We are thrilled to announce the addition of Chef James Miller to the Steubenville Country Club team as our new Executive Chef. Chef James brings a deep passion for the culinary arts and a dedication to excellence that will help shape and lead our new culinary vision.A self-taught culinary artist, Chef James began his food journey years ago, driven by a desire to create memorable flavors and elevate dining experiences. Through observing and learning from fellow chefs, his skills have continually evolved, setting new standards in every kitchen he's led.In December 2022, Chef James fulfilled a long-time dream by launching his own culinary company, Spoon & Fork Catering, a testament to his hard work and entrepreneurial spirit. His expertise has also played a key role in the successful openings as well as working as a Chef at several restaurants across the tri-state area, including Elle & Jacks (Wheeling, WV), Pastaio Cucina (Wintersville, OH), Hidden Acres (Mingo, OH), and most recently as the Executive Chef at Montour Heights Country Club (Pittsburgh, PA).Outside the kitchen, Chef James enjoys exploring global cuisines through travel, hitting the golf course, and spending time with his two beloved dogs, Brie and Gouda.Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Chef James Miller as he brings his culinary creativity and leadership to Steubenville Country Club.
