PGA Golf Professional John Denholm is committed to provide superior service, and run excellent teaching and tournament programs. Not available at many clubs, he runs a Junior Program that provides young golfers the opportunity to develop their golfing skills.

Steubenville Country Club Head Golf Professional since 2006. Prior to SCC John was employed with Little Mountain CC and Walt Disney’s Palm and Magnolia.

Instruction:

The Steubenville Country Club offers a variety of options that would suit your learning needs. Many players elect to purchase a series of lessons with the intent to make a commitment to their game. On-Course lessons are beneficial for, concentrating on how to play problem holes and problem shots, using course management, and learning to read greens on the course. Experience gives you confidence and confidence breeds a better golf game!

Youth Instruction:

The Steubenville Country Club Pro Staff is dedicated to the instruction of the young interested in the game of golf. The short course allows instruction to these junior golfers and gives them the opportunity to practice with guidance. It is also a wonderful place for friendships to build.

The goal of the Golf Operations Staff is to give you superior customer service so you continue to depend on us for all of your golfing needs. We offer most of the name brands that you see advertised and also offer items from companies that you have a hard time finding elsewhere. With club manufacturers like Nike, Ping, Taylor Made, Adams Golf, and Titleist, you can find the right club to fit any part of your game. We host several demo days throughout the playing season each year with most, if not all, of the companies mentioned.

The Pro Shop also offers famous name brand apparel! Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, Antigua, and Ashworth are some of the stables that provide a wide array of looks while offering something for everyone's price range.
